Sun. 10/5/25 PEV Ride: the Long Loop

* WHEN: Sunday, October 5, 2025 - 10:45 AM meet-up/11:00 AM rollout from Meet Spot #1 -OR- 11:25ish AM from Meet Spot #2.

* MEET SPOT 1: The Clovis Rodeo statue at Clovis Rodeo Grounds. - Roll-out at 11:00AM. Google Map: https://maps.app.goo.gl/KpPnfNYXUc8nYUMZ7

* MEET SPOT 2: Ampersand Ice Cream (Willow & Shepherd) - Roll-out at approx. 11:25AM. Google Map: https://maps.app.goo.gl/6SfZhnpBT2NMLE8V9

* ROUTE: The Long Loop - From the Clovis Rodeo Grounds (Meet spot #1), we ride N on the Old Town Trail and make a stop at Willow and Shepherd (Meet Spot #2), then go North on Willow to Clovis Community College and Clovis High North. Then we head West on Copper to Copper and Friant for a short break and a group photo. Then South through Woodward Park to Riverpark for lunch. Then East on the Sugarpine Trail back to Willow/Shepherd, then South on the Old Town Trail to the Clovis Rodeo Grounds to finish the ride.

* SPEED: Depends on who shows up. Usually around 25-30ish MPH (& slower through Woodward due to foot traffic).

* RANGE: Approx. 22 miles round-trip from Meet Spot 1 -OR- 14 miles round trip from Meet Spot 2.

* TIP: If you have range anxiety, either start your ride at Ampersand (Willow & Shepherd), or bring your charger to top up a bit while we have lunch. There is an electrical outlet at Riverpark.
