$10 Community Class: Yin Yoga 12:00PM Fridays in November

Our Yin yoga class targets deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints through a slow and mostly still, meditative practice. By holding poses longer than in styles like vinyasa, Yin yoga stretches and lengthens rarely-used tissues, teaching you to breathe through discomfort and be present with your thoughts. Yin yoga follows three principles: Find your edge, remain still, and hold the pose for a set period of time.
