Tribal HHAP NOFA Application Workshop & Tribal Homekey+ Overview

THHAP offers flexible grant funding for California Federally Recognized Tribes to support efforts to prevent and end homelessness in their communities. The Tribal Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention program NOFA will be released in the coming weeks.

The Tribal Homekey+ Program supports the development of permanent housing for people and households experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness, and who are living with a Behavioral Health Challenge. The program provides and opportunity for Tribes and Tribal Entities to develop multifamily rental housing developments, including rehabilitation of existing housing, new construction of apartments, townhomes, or single-family rental homes, including manufactured housing, or conversion of non-residential space to residential housing.
