This retreat is curated as a space to pause, rest, reflect and connect in the presence of other women. It is also a space to feel seen and heard, and a place to feel inspired. Most of all it is here to facilitate your wellbeing.
Retreat Highlights
We will explore the theme of The Return of the Light with three guided sessions:
Nature Mandala Creation
Facilitated by Phoebe Hofsteede, we will collaboratively craft a Nature Mandala beneath the majestic camphor laurel tree, connecting with nature’s rhythm and beauty.
Sound and Song Circle
Gather in circle with Lauren Grace to weave a nourishing string of sound, song and stillness practices that will uplift, revive and inspire the senses. Experience sounding with your unique voice in community and the beautiful act of giving and receiving in sacred space.
Yin Yoga & Sound Bath
Conclude the day with Ana Wahab’s soothing Yin Yoga session, followed by a blissful sound bath to gently integrate your body and mind.
The retreat will also include a nourishing dinner lovingly prepared by Ana Wahab and Vicki Kearney, featuring wholesome, delicious food and drinks to energise and sustain you.
