I’m opening the doors to Root & Rise, my 8-week virtual journey through the 8 limbs of yoga—woven with somatic movement, poetic reflection, and trauma-aware care. This offering is a reclamation of breath, body, and boundary. A return to your inner sanctuary.

Each week, we’ll explore one limb of yoga as a portal to healing (dates listed represent the in-studio sessions aligned with each weekly course. The remainder of the course will be accessable virtually via email & weekly webinar every Thursday evening at 7pm):

Week 2: Recognize – Self-awareness through Niyama: honoring emotional rhythms (Oct. 25th)
Week 3: Own – Embodiment through Asana: reclaiming the body as sacred ground (Nov. 1st)
Week 4: Observe – Breath & Energy with Pranayama: regulating and witnessing (Nov. 8th)
Week 5: Tend – Sensory Awareness with Pratyahara: creating inner sanctuary (Nov. 15th)
Week 6: Sustain – Focus with Dharana: anchoring attention and intention (Nov. 22nd)
Week 7: Integrate – Meditation with Dhyana: resting in spacious presence (Dec 6th)
Week 8: Rise – Surrender with Samadhi: embodying union and transformation (Dec. 13th)
