Movement is Medicine

The Movement is Medicine workshop incorporates a combination of movements from many different modalities. These include movements from yoga, tai chi, Qigong, EFT Tapping and physical therapy. This workshop is to help each participant find some kind of movement that can help them feel better.

After a few years of leading yoga classes Ron realized it may be helpful to teach is own daily routine for coping with back pain and anxiety. Every body is different and some movements may help more than others. The goal of the workshop isn't to memorize all the movements but to find
the one or ones that you can incorporate into your own daily movement routine.
