Join us once a month for a truly magical evening designed to calm and soothe your mind, body, and soul. Held in a cute community hub with the soft glow of starry lights projected on the ceiling, this is your chance to step away from the noise and into a peaceful sanctuary �

This sweet offering combines the gentle, therapeutic practice of Somatic movement with the restorative power of Yin Yoga. We’ll begin with slow, gentle somatic exercises that help you tune into your body and release deeply held tension, preparing you for the stillness to come. As we move into Yin, you’ll be guided through a series of long, passive holds, using the support of bolsters and blankets to help your body open and soften�

Throughout the evening, we’ll use a selection of pure essential oils to deepen your experience. These beautiful, plant-based scents will be offered and applied in different ways to enhance your calm and relaxing experience .

The practice will end with an extra-long relaxation, where you can simply rest and soak up the peace or take advantage of a little temple rub , leaving you feeling deeply nourished, balanced, and ready for a good night’s sleep. No experience is needed—just bring yourself and an open heart �
