Join School of You CIC where you will be guided by a counsellor and creative therapist on a 6 week therapeutic journey. Each 2 hour session involves a different creative activity - drawing, sculpting, painting, drumming, movement - which are designed to help explore your connection to yourself, your self-awareness andunderstanding. There will meditation, guided discussion and informal chatting alongside deep creative work and reflection. DATES - Starts Monday 2nd March 2026 - 10am - 12 noon. Last session - Monday 20th April 2026 * ( 2 weeks off - Monday 30th March and Monday 6th April)
