Want to learn how to run? Or returning after injury? Looking to improve your physical and mental health?
Join our friendly, inclusive club for a 10 week NHS program to get you comfortably and safely running 5k.
Don't worry if you can't make a week, join our private Running4CF Facebook group for weekly updates.
Wear something bright for visibility, bring a smile and £1 for our Cystic Fibrosis donation bucket.
We also have a walking group and 5 different speeds of group for established runners, all welcome.
