Five:1 VBC Skill Builder League!
1st Grade - 8th Grade!

Five:1 VBC Skill Builder League is a skill-focused camp and in-house mini league for athletes (girls AND boys) with a desire to either enter into the world of volleyball or further develop fundamental skills.

Sessions will be formatted with 45-60 minutes of skill instruction and 30-45 minutes of "work-up" mini-games.

We provide an introduction to the basic skills of volleyball in a fun way, but also provide an opportunity for younger athletes to begin the path of training their bodies for athletics. Athletes will be grouped by age and/or skill level.
