EVALUATION FEE: $65
Evaluation fees will not be refunded
If you form a team, a non-refundable deposit of $300-$500 will be required within 72 hours of the acceptance date.
Once you accept a position on the team and pay your deposit, you are responsible for the FULL TEAM FEE regardless of whether you choose to play. Team fee insurance is offered to protect against loss due to injury, extended illness, or family relocation.
This deposit is REQUIRED in order to hold your spot on the roster. We do offer payment plans beginning on September 1st and fundraising to help offset the total cost of our program.
