# Event Details

- **Event Name**: Scout Skills with AOLs
- **Event Start and End Date**: Sat, 01 Nov, 2025 at 07:00 am – Sun, 02 Nov, 2025 at 01:00 pm
- **Event Description**: Istrouma Area Council Scout Skills is designed to give Arrow of Light Scouts (AoL Scouts) and their parents a small preview of the Scouts BSA experience. The program reinforces Scouting values, procedures, methods, and skills. It is an introduction to Scouts BSA being a “youth led” program versus the “adult led” program used in Cub Scouts. This is an excellent opportunity to help inspire AoL Scouts to cross over to a Troop.

This event is part of the Adventure Pass for Scouts BSA and Arrow of Light Cub Scouts.

Scouts should not have electronic devices at Scout Skills. No electronic devices may be used in the competitions and using an electronic device will result in zero points for the Patrol at that event.

Venturers, Explorers, and Sea Scouts under the age of 18 are welcome to participate in all activities.
