PRICE: $45 per person for oyster-eating & beer-drinking (if you don't want to eat any oysters, then only $20/person)
$45 INCLUDES: a dozen oysters (a mix of three kinds) & three 4oz beer pairings
$20 INCLUDES: a whole lotta scientific info about oysters, a shucking demo (drinks available separately from the brewery)

PROGRAM:
- Listen to an educational lecture about oysters
- Intro to professional oyster tasting methods using the free Sample Ox tasting app
- Oyster shucking demonstration
- Shuck and taste 3 different kinds of oysters that Salinity carries - the native Olympia oyster species, and two Pacific species oysters grown very differently in different bays (different shapes & flavors!)
- Discount code provided for 10% off additional oysters by the dozen through Salinity for 1 week after the workshop (or contact in advance to take additional dozens home with you)
