- Learn how to safely introduce inversions into your training routine, including developing important exit (falling) strategies (because your fear is valid and we want to help you move past it!)
- Focus on building strength, flexibility and control to move with efficiency and build a solid foundation that will set you up to progress with confidence
- While designed for beginners and those lacking confidence upside down, this is a great option for ALL levels — even experienced athletes will benefit from a technical reset
