Crystal Singing Bowl Meditation

Immerse yourself in the sounds of crystal singing bowls. We will begin with a guided meditation to help center and ground yourself and then allow the vibrations to take over for a deep experience on all levels. Physically, Mentally and spiritually. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket or pillow or any other items you wish to add for comfort.
