Servire Chorus Opens the St. Andrew Concert Series on October 5

The St. Andrew the Apostle Concert Series proudly presents Servire, the professional vocal ensemble with a Sing and Serve Mission, in concert on Sunday, October 5 at 4:00 PM in Clifton, Virginia.

Servire is a professional choral ensemble that draws its membership from across the United States. A finalist for the 2025 American Prize in Choral Performance, the ensemble is known for their expressive singing and deep commitment to service through music. Servire brings eight highly skilled vocalists to the St. Andrew the Apostle Concert Series who will perform a wide range of a cappella choral works, spanning from the Renaissance to modern day contemporary selections. The Latin word Servire means "to serve," a mission that lies at the heart of this ensemble’s identity. While visiting Clifton, Servire will conduct educational outreach with chorus students from local schools, inviting them to be a part of their signature “Sing and Serve Mission.” These students will get the chance to receive instruction from these professional choral artists and will join Servire in a hands-on service project in support of Marian Homes, Inc., a local nonprofit dedicated to providing housing and care for adults with intellectual disabilities.
