Dave Phinney, the visionary creator of iconic brands like Orin Swift and The Prisoner, has a deeply personal project in the cool, coastal Sta. Rita Hills called "Our Lady of Guadalupe"
Known for its stunning single-vineyard Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, this is a special vineyard where Phinney has meticulous, hands-on control over every detail of the winemaking process.
This special five-wine, four-course dinner is an opportunity to discover the exquisite balance and vibrant acidity that define these sought-after vintages. You will be guided through each pairing by Trevor Hogue, whose deep knowledge and passion for the wines will enrich your dining experience. This is a very limited wine room dinner, an intimate and unique experience!
