Get out your running and walking shoes and get ready for the 26th Annual Clifton 5k Stampede & Health Walk sponsored by the Clifton Recreation Department and the Clifton Roadrunners Club. Race day registration begins at 7:00 a.m. Divisions are as follows: 10 & under, 11 – 14, 15 – 19, 20 – 24, 25 – 29, 30 – 34, 35 – 39, 40 – 44, 45 – 49, 50 – 54, 55 – 59, 60 – 64, 65 – 69, 70 – 74, 75 – 79, 80 – 84, and 85 & over. Awards are given for the Top three Males and Females in each age category and for the 1st place Overall Male and Female. Additional awards will be given for: 1st place: Police Officer, Firefighter, Doctor/Chiropractor, Educator, and the Matt Lalumia Award for the 1st Active Military/Veteran to finish. Individuals with Disabilities will receive special recognition at the awards presentation after the race. Please make the appropriate choice, for the above categories, when completing the registration. Additional recognition will be made for the oldest and youngest participants. The event will begin at the Clifton City Hall Complex – Lester Herrschaft Center – 900 Clifton Avenue. After the race, there will be a music and raffles for great prizes. Visit the various booths of health professionals as you enjoy some post-race snacks. All participants whose application is postmarked by October 28th will be guaranteed a T-Shirt. Pre-registration fee for all participants is $25.00 ($20.00 for youth) as of 11/12/25 and $30.00 ($25.00 for youth) from 11/13/25 on and day of race. Register online at
