Event Policy
This is an Excelsior Empire sanctioned tournament. Every player must have a valid USAV membership (either full season or one-day for November 15, 2025) and verification can be performed through any of the following methods (or any combination of them):
* Print or email a roster from AES that lists all your players and their membership numbers and submit it to the Tournament Director.
* Print or email a registration packet that consists of a cover sheet listing all your players and their membership numbers followed by a copy of their membership cards and submit the packet to the Tournament Director.
* Print or email a roster that lists all your players and submit it to the Tournament Director, then have your players validate individually with the TD on the day of the tournament. Validation can be done with either a printed membership card or by presenting an image of the membership card on their phone or other electronic device.
This will be a sanctioned non-standard tournament, meaning:
• No uniform requirements (Uniforms won't be required, but the libero must stand out in a completely different color shirt so that it's easier for the R1 to recognize.)
• No scoresheet
• No lineup sheets
• No libero tracking
• No paid officials: work teams provide R1, R2, line judges, and flipper. (R1 and R2 must provide their own whistles)

This will be announced as a 1 pool tournament with 5 teams in each pool but we can accept additional teams if there is enough interest.

1.) Use Venmo to send $180 to @Robert-LaCerais (if asked, 2701 for the last 4 digits of the phone number)
