Step aboard the Sugar Express Sunset & Suds and enjoy a spirited two-hour journey through South Central Florida’s sugarcane country. Departing in the late afternoon from Clewiston, this adults-only excursion is timed to start your weekend early, just as the setting sun paints the rural fields and skies in brilliant color.
Beverages are available for purchase onboard (credit/debit only). Train departures are timed for optimal evening light. Group bookings are available.
As the excursion winds through local farmland, guests can indulge in Sugar Express’s new cash bar offerings with The Tipsy Horseshoe, featuring a curated selection of beer, wine, exclusive cocktails, and other beverages available for purchase on board. Each car offers its own atmosphere — from breezy views in the Open Air Coach to the comfort of Deluxe Coach seating, or the elegance of First Class with complimentary appetizers and refreshments.
With no destination other than the joy of the ride itself, riding behind our diesel locomotives on the Sunset & Suds is the perfect way to unwind, toast to good company, and savor the soothing rhythm of the rails as the day turns to night.
