Threshold Journeys

is a monthly, immersive somatic meditation series designed for those seeking depth, embodiment, and intentional inner work. Each session combines advanced breathwork, somatic practices, live drumming, and guided nervous system-focused journeys. This is not a passive meditation class. It is a guided journey — working with the body as a source of wisdom, regulation, and insight. Each month explores a unique inner threshold, moving through themes of arrival, listening, activation, balance, transformation, and integration.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• A carefully held 2-hour container
• Three progressive rounds of breathwork and drumming
• Trauma-aware facilitation with choice and autonomy
• Experiences designed for those familiar with meditation, breathwork, or somatic practices

This series is well-suited for:

No performance. No pressure to share. Just presence, rhythm, and embodied exploration.

You don’t need to attend every month — each session stands on its own — though many choose to follow the arc across the year.
