🔥 SEPTEMBER THEME:
SLAIN TO LIVE — A CALL TO SURRENDER
“For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God.”
— Colossians 3:3
This month, we walk a sacred road—the road of surrender. We’re not just laying burdens down; we’re laying ourselves down. From the altar to the resurrection, the journey of revival begins with the question:
Will you obey even unto death?
Are you willing to be among the slain to live?
✝️ WEEK 1: OBEDIENCE IN DEATH – LAYING IT ALL DOWN
This Thursday marks the beginning.
Before there is resurrection, there must be a death.
Before there is fire, there must be a sacrifice.
Before we can carry His glory, we must lay down our pride.
This week is not about religious performance—it is about the altar. A place where obedience means letting go. A place where surrender costs something. A place where you say, “Not my will, but Yours be done” and mean it. Like Abraham with Isaac, like Jesus in Gethsemane, like every soul that truly wants to burn—the altar comes first.
🕊️ This Thursday we will:
• Kneel in consecration
• Invite the Holy Spirit to reveal what must die
• Lay our dreams, pride, comfort, and fears before the Lord
• Worship from a place of full surrender
📖 Meditate on these Scriptures and come hungry with a heart of surrender. Together we lay it all down!
• Romans 12:1
• Luke 22:42
• John 12:24
• Genesis 22
• Colossians 3:3
As you're reading, feel free to bring verses that may not be mentioned, as we focus this month on Obedience: In Death, In Silence, In Trust, and In Commission.
