Our beginner and intermediate Lindy Hop lesson series are returning in September!
Starting on September 4th, our four week beginner series will get you started on your swing dance journey. The series focuses on Lindy Hop, and covers everything from the triple step to the swingout. No partner or experience is required!
If you already know Lindy Hop, make sure to check out our intermediate class series! Our instructors will be diving into the swingout and exploring variations, technique, and musicality. They'll also be teaching some new moves!
Our classes are designed to be progressive series. That means each class builds on the previous one, so it is best to come every week! Both the beginner and intermediate classes run from 7-8pm. Each class costs $15.
Please note, students in the intermediate class are expected to know how to do a swingout (it doesn't have to be perfect!). If you've taken our beginner series before, then you are good to go!
From 8-10pm is our weekly social dance! Come dance the night away to our swinging DJs every Thursday. The social dance costs $8, $5 with student ID, or is FREE for folks who take lessons beforehand.
Both the lessons and the social dance are located at The Brownhoist, at 4403 St Clair Ave., Cleveland, OH 44103. Free parking is available in the lot at the corner of St. Clair and E. 45th, as well as on surrounding streets.
