Samhain: Veil Between Worlds – Workshop & Soundbath

As the wheel of the year turns, we arrive at Samhain, the Celtic New Year and a sacred time when the veil between worlds grows thin. It is a season for honoring our ancestors, releasing what no longer serves, and embracing the cycles of death and rebirth.

In this 2-hour workshop, we will gather in ritual and reflection to honor the wisdom of this liminal time. Together, we’ll create a simple ancestor altar, engage in practices of release, and open space for transformation as we prepare to enter the dark half of the year.

Following our rituals, you will be guided into a deeply immersive 1-hour soundbath, with grounding tones of crystal bowls, gong, and drum to carry you inward for ancestral connection and renewal.

• Guided intention setting and seasonal teachings

• Rituals of release, remembrance, and shadow work

• Creation of a communal ancestor altar

• 1-hour restorative soundbath journey

Please bring: a journal, yoga mat, blanket, and (optional) a photo or token of an ancestor/loved one to place on the altar.
