Learn Techniques to Make Your Own T-Shirt Quilt

In this class, you will learn the techniques involved in making a T-shirt quilt. You will learn how to design a t-shirt memory quilt, choose appropriate interfacing, and sewing techniques to assemble and quilt your finished project. We will work on sample fabric types during the class to practice different techniques which will be provided.

You should bring your own sewing machine, sewing supplies, and a 12.5” square ruler (optional). Learn the techniques involved in making a traditional or collage style T-shirt quilt. You are encouraged to bring 8-12 garments for use during class. Items of clothing are not limited to just t-shirts. Dress shirts, pj's, sweaters, sweatshirts, uniforms, etc can all be used in the design.
