Floorwork 101

Start from the beginning in this introductory floorwork series!

Discover essential techniques including body rolls, poses, leg waves, seamless transitions, and more.

Whether you want to improve flexibility, build strength, or explore your unique style, this class is perfect for anyone new to floorwork or looking to refine their fundamentals.

No experience is required—just bring an open mind, comfortable clothing, and a desire to have fun!

**Materials Needed:**
Comfortable dance attire
Knee pads (optional but HIGHLY recommended)
Leg warmers (optional)
Heels (optional)

This four week series runs Sundays, January 4th-25th 1:15-2:15pm.

This class is $65 or 12 tokens for all four weeks, and is included on all Unlimited Passes.
