🌈 Brooklyn Area Pride Presents: Trans Day of Remembrance 2025 🕯️
Brooklyn Area Pride is proud to announce that we will be hosting Trans Day of Remembrance on November 20th at The Foundry Concert Club.
🕕 Doors open at 6:00 PM.
We know these are scary times, and that everyone grieves and heals in their own way — so this year, we’re doing something a little different. Alongside our remembrance, we’ll also have opportunities for care, connection, and community, including:
💄 Makeup station with tutorials
💇 Hair station with styling tips
👕 Clothing swap (bring what you can, take what you need!)
🎨 Crafting station for bracelet-making and more
🧴 Free hygiene packages & makeup kits
🎟️ Raffle baskets
🛍️ Local vendors offering goods and resources
🌟 Plus, TransOhio will be there sharing information and support
Join us as we honor those we’ve lost, uplift one another, and create a space of healing, joy, and love. 💜
