Breathwork with a View

THIS EVENT IS OUTSIDE ON THE ROOFTOP

Breathwork is an incredibly powerful healing modality that can facilitate deep emotional, psychological and physical release. It is a transformational technique that can ignite intense inner exploration through entering into a non-ordinary state of consciousness. In this class, we take some of the most powerful components of different modalities to create an experience that can deepen your connection to self, clear your mind, reduce stress, help to heal inner trauma, release emotions, and expand awareness.

We will be using the full moon energy to release stuck emotions and reconnect to our bodies.

Please eat 2 hours prior to attending class.

Eye masks will be provided
WHAT TO BRING:

• Yoga mat
• Blanket
• 1-2 pillows
• Water

We will be on the rooftop, so please dress accordingly.

This class will be donation based.
