Blessing of the Animals

Celebrate St. Francis' love for all creatures, great and small, at our special Blessing of the Animals event!

We invite you to bring your beloved pets, whether they're furry, feathered, or scaled, to receive a special blessing. We'll have refreshing beverages and delicious treats for everyone, both two-legged and four-legged attendees.

We gather in the spirit of St. Francis of Assisi, the patron saint of animals and ecology. Born in the late 12th century, St. Francis had a deep respect for nature and famously preached to the birds, calling all creatures his brothers and sisters. His teachings inspire us to care for the environment and all living beings.
