Arm Balances & Inversion Workshop with Geoff Knox

In this workshop we will be exploring various inversions such as the head stand, forearm balance and handstand, arm balances such as crow, side crow, etc. as well as the floating techniques which advanced practitioners use to transition between poses.Although there will be some advanced techniques taught, much of the time will be devoted to progressions and preparatory exercises which will enhance the general yoga practice of all levels of students.The workshop is challenging but also a lot of fun and is open to all levels of yoga experience.2-hour workshop - $35
