Duathlon at Wellness Way & Clay Trail

Meet at the intersection of Wellness Way Extension and 5 Mile Road for a duathlon training.
The run will be on the Clay Trail (or opt to run on pavement)
The bike will be on the new Wellness Way extension.
Run: 1 mile
Bike: 10.5 miles on the Wellness Way extension (2 loops)
Run: 3.1 miles

We will park along the grass median.

Bike Racks will be set up for the training.

There are no restrooms there--just some occasional porto-lets. BYO hydration.

You can opt to run on the pavement.
