First Course
Short Rib Ravioli
House-made ravioli filled with slow-braised short rib, served atop a Calabrian chili ragù featuring sweet tomato notes and gentle heat, finished with a crisp of aged Parmesan.

Second Course
Root & Branch Cobb Salad
Mixed greens with chopped carrots, strawberries, grilled chicken, bacon, caramelized onions, and toasted walnuts, tossed in a bright Champagne vinaigrette.

Third Course
English Pea & Leek Soup
