Participants will explore the history and cultural significance of indigo dye across the world. Attendees will learn how to prepare natural indigo vats, create resist patterns using tie-dye and shibori methods, and dye their own fabric pieces. The program emphasizes sustainability, artistry, and the deep connection between natural materials and textile traditions.
By the end of the session, each participant will leave with a beautifully hand-dyed textile and a deeper appreciation for this age-old craft.
