Deep Relaxation & Reset – Immersive Sound Bath Experience

This intimate sound bath session is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself through the healing power of sound and vibration.

Held in a calm, home-based healing space, this session is designed to support deep relaxation of the nervous system, helping you release stress, mental fatigue, and physical tension accumulated from daily life.

You will be guided into rest as you are immersed in a carefully curated soundscape using multiple therapeutic instruments. Simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow the sounds to gently carry you into a meditative, restorative state.

Preparation Tips for Participants

To receive the most benefit from your sound bath experience, please note the following:

• Wear loose, comfortable clothing suitable for lying down on cushioned floor mats
• Stay well-hydrated before the session
• Have a light meal at least 1 hour before the session
• Bring your own water bottle
• Bring a shawl or light blanket if you tend to feel chilly
