Kaizen No-Michi's Intense Karate Winter Training Session, were Karate-ka turnup up in morning in the freezing cold on Cleethorpes Beach, fully committing to the spirit of Kangeiko. The rewards of building camaraderie, spirit and a sense of joint accomplishment.
Training time: Sun 8 - 9.30am
