A Secular Winter Solstice Celebration
As the longest night approaches, we gather to celebrate the light we create together. Join us for a secular evening of music, meaning, and connection on Sunday, December 14, from 5:30–8:30 p.m.
• 5:30 p.m. — Community Meal
• 6:30 p.m. — Lessons & Carols for the Winter Solstice
• 7:30 p.m. — Caroling & Festive Fun
• 6:30–8:30 p.m. — Kids’ Glow Party
Good Cheer is one of the Ethical Society’s longest-running intergenerational traditions. It’s our way of celebrating the winter holiday season in a secular and Humanist way with music, storytelling, candles, and community.
The community meal will be a chili cook-off again! Bring your best chili and compete for the coveted Golden Ladle! No sign-up needed.
Not a chef? Enjoy tasting the entries and bring some cash to cast your votes. Each vote helps raise funds for the Ethical Society! Plus, there’ll be appetizers, hot dogs, and veggie dogs for non-chili lovers, and the DIY hot cocoa bar will be returning as well!
