Community Yoga

Join ktcommunityyoga for a calming, community-centered yoga class in the beautiful sanctuary at First Presbyterian Church StL. This class follows a set sequence, offering a familiar rhythm each week that helps you build strength, flexibility, and confidence over time. Whether you are new to yoga or returning to the mat, this class provides a welcoming, steady space to recharge your body and mind. As a RYT-200 Yoga Instructor, CrossFit Trainer, and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Katie loves creating space for those looking to cultivate their well-being in mind, body, and soul on the mat and off. Let go of your thoughts, tap into your breath and body. Join me Fridays at noon.
