Patriots we have been called to stand in honor of AG1 Frank Fuller Cates II. AG1 Cates served 9 years, 7 months, 3 days in the United States Navy, serving 1 year, 4 months and 5 days Sea Service. AG1 Cates received the Navy Achievement Medal (5); Navy Good Conduct Award (3); National Defense Service Medal; Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal; Global War on Terrorism Service Medal; Sea Service Deployment Ribbon (2); Navy Overseas Service Ribbon; NATO Medal; Enlistment Aviation Warfare Specialist Insignia; Enlistment Surface Warfare Specialist Insignia. As AG1 Frank Fuller Cates II stood for us it will be our honor to stand for him and his and escort him to his final Duty Station.
