Wellness workshop

At this wondertul wellness workshop you will learn about smudging techniques and make your own handmade natural smudge incense sticks. You will make a mixture of lavender,eucalyptus and rosemary and learn about sage And cedar. You will create your own wellness bunch and enjoy homemade biscuits. We will also learn how you use herbs for health and wellbeing,
