We're excited to announce the upcoming workshop for November.

explore your inner connection through creative writing and equine assisted learning and therapy workshops throughout the day

Combined with new upcoming author, Parveen Kaur and our wellbeing programme, we aim to set participants up for the months ahead by calming their mind, goal setting and connecting to themselves!

11am to 3pm with Afternoon tea and cakes included with hot drinks.
