Product Development Workshop (Free!)

Join us for an immersive, hands-on Product Development Workshop led by experts from Oregon State University’s Food Innovation Center. This workshop is designed for farmers, producers, makers, and entrepreneurs who are currently selling — or thinking about selling — a food or beverage product.

We’ll cover the core building blocks of taking a product to market, including:

Converting a recipe into a scalable formula

Scaling up production

Food safety considerations

Writing a process flow chart

Understanding shelf life

Nutrition labeling

This course typically costs $350, but thanks to RFBC funding, it is free for attendees. Follow-up consultation services will also be available.
