Jeremy Beavin's Bio:
Born and raised in Southern Indiana, Jeremy Beavin spent much of his youth exploring the creeks of Jefferson County Indiana, never knowing it would one day lead to a career. Starting out at Falls of the Ohio State Park in 1999 as an Aquarium Specialist, Jeremy maintained the large public aquariums on display. In doing so, he gave programs about the aquariums and inhabitants, slowly transitioning to the role of Interpretive Naturalist. In 2010, he began working with the staff at Charlestown State Park as they prepared to open Rose Island. In 2012, Jeremy began the Full Moon Hike Series at Charlestown, a program now offered at many Indiana State Parks. Jeremy became the First Full Time Interpretive Naturalist at Charlestown State Park in 2016 and continues to offer many popular programs and hikes for visitors from all over the globe. Today Jeremy calls Madison, IN home where he is working to create his own private park for his friends and family to enjoy!
