Nutrition class with Kayla

Kayla Aluise, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who specializes in Integrative Health strategies for optimizing personal health and overall wellness, will be holding an informational discussion on how to be healthy for the new year. She will discuss why it is essential to embrace an anti-inflammatory diet, especially after the holidays, to help reset your system and create healthier eating habits to support weight loss, healthy living and balanced blood sugar. She will review some of her favorite recipes, demonstrate a few easy meal prep options and provide tastings and recipes.
