We’re opening registration for the third round of Root to Rise Level I, our 8-week women’s circle devoted to reconnecting with your authentic self through relational therapy, attachment work, and earth-centered healing practices.
Co-facilitated by Ramona and Jessica, Root to Rise is a slow, intentional container — one where emotional safety, embodiment, and community matter just as much as insight. This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering who you are beneath the roles, patterns, and expectations you’ve learned to carry.
