Cozy Christmas Eve: Candlelit Yin + Sound Bath

This class is a soft little pause in the glow of the night, inviting you to settle into the childlike wonder that only this season can stir. There’s a sweetness in the air and a quiet brightness that makes the heart feel lighter. This yoga practice leans into that gentle sparkle with holiday music, peppermint in the air, and a soothing sound bath to wrap everything in warmth. The class will close with a twenty-minute sound therapy savasana! All levels welcome!
