Sourdough Starter ADVANCED / REVIEW WORKSHOP (just $5)

Come join Melissa Falcone at the farm for a fun and hands-on session all about sourdough starters! Whether you've just recently gotten your starter or you've had your starter for a while, this workshop is perfect to review your skills, ask questions, and learn some cool tips to keep that starter bubbly and happy. Bring your starter along if you'd like Melissa to check it, hang out with fellow bread lovers, and get inspired to go home to bake some magic!

Workshop is just $5 and includes:

• Review of keeping a sourdough starter
• Demonstration of feeding starter, recovering a neglected starter, and testing to see if a starter is "active and bubbly" or not
• Demonstration of making a sourdough dough, shaping, and scoring
• Experience at beautiful, 140-acre True Cut Ranch

There's no sampling included in this workshop so it's as inexpensive as possible, but you'll find snacks and drinks available for purchase inside the farm store.
