Inner Critic: LGBTQIA2S+ Community Workshop

This workshop will help you recognize the difference between your inner critic and your highest self. We’ll explore themes like Higher Self vs. Lower Nature, Mind vs. Heart, how the Ego protects and projects, and how to access Divine Guidance. Through creative exercises, we’ll practice shifting our inner voice, from critical to compassionate, by learning how to recognize and redirect harmful thought patterns. If we can control the volume of our inner voice, we can change our inner dialogue. We’ll follow with a sound bowl meditation and time for journaling to deepen your connection to your intuition. We’ll end by sharing reflections and takeaways in community. This workshop is for anyone ready to quiet the inner critic, trust their inner voice, and cultivate clarity, self-awareness, and personal empowerment.
