Gentle Flow Yoga Class to support the purchase of the new digital mammography unit.

Join me for a gentle flow yoga class in support of Breast Cancer Canada. Sunday December 14th from 10-11:15am. Stay for a cup of tea after class. ☕️
This class is suitable for beginners.
We will sit to explore poses, we will stand to explore poses. Connecting each pose with breath.
Please bring a yoga mat, water, yoga props( if you use any) a pillow and a blanket. Please wear socks( or bring slippers) as I ask that you remove your footwear at the door. Please enter through the doors that face Sip Cafe.
I will have a donation box set up accepting donations for Breast Cancer Canada.
