Overview of Screen-Free Week
"TV Turn Off Week" has evolved into what is now known as Screen-Free Week, an annual initiative aimed at encouraging individuals to take a break from screens used for entertainment. Originally centered around television, this event has broadened its scope to encompass all types of screens.
Objectives of Screen-Free Week:
Encourage individuals to disconnect from entertainment screens.
Promote alternative activities such as reading and playing.
