Yoga Rhythm & Flow…an equinox mini retreat

Join her&her musicians (Cydnei B & Catherine Shrubshall) and yoga practitioner Jocelyne Leach (Core Vitality Yoga) for a uniquely experiential afternoon together, combining simple, natural movements with live music, plus original her&her recordings...culminating in a relaxing SoundSpa with Gong, to crystallise our intentions and mark the Winter Solstice �

Light refreshments will be provided to ground us all at the end of the day
